Role summary
Waving is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product from pilot to scalable deployments. You will translate customer problems from security teams into clear product requirements, prioritize what matters, and drive execution across hardware, firmware, backend, and data science.
This is a highly cross-functional role. You will work directly with high-security customers and integrators, turn PoCs into repeatable product packages, and ensure Waving delivers measurable outcomes like fewer blind spots, fewer false alarms, and faster response workflows.
What you will do
- Own product execution end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, across hardware, firmware, backend, and data science, turning pilots into a repeatable product.
- Work closely with the CCO and leadership team to translate commercial priorities into a clear roadmap, quarterly goals, and customer-facing commitments, and ensure delivery matches what is sold and promised.
- Bridge customer needs to technology, write crisp PRDs and user stories, define acceptance criteria, and align teams on scope, trade-offs, and timelines.
- Lead customer discovery and feedback loops with security stakeholders (CSO, physical security, control room operators, integrators), turning pain points into requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional delivery rituals, planning, prioritization, reviews, and retros, keep teams unblocked and focused on the highest impact work.
- Own integration and partner requirements, ensure Waving fits smoothly into existing security stacks and operational workflows without adding friction.
- Communicate clearly and frequently, keep leadership and stakeholders aligned with concise updates on progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.
Requirements
Mandatory requirements
5+ years of product management experience, shipping B2B/B2G products in production
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver outcomes under real-world constraints
Strong product thinking, can define problems, make trade-offs, and prioritize ruthlessly
Experience writing crisp requirements, turning ambiguity into execution plans, and measuring impact
Nice to have
Experience with security, critical infrastructure, industrial, IoT, or security-adjacent products
Familiarity with edge systems, sensors, data products, or ML-powered detection workflows
Experience building integrations with external platforms and enterprise workflows
Experience running pilots and scaling them into repeatable deployments
