Using Edge AI to measure and classify interference in real-time

We detect human presence by measuring interference in Wi-Fi signals.

Although Wi-Fi sensing has been proven in lab setting for years, Waving is making it a reality by utilising recent tech developments :

  • Edge computing: significantly reducing latency, improving reliability and data security.

  • Artificial Intelligence: adaptive learning to recognise patterns, filter noise, and analyse the many dimensions of Wi-Fi-signals

Waving device

Waving devices create a mesh network

Waving’s system scales by placing compact sensing nodes every 25 - 50 meters, forming a self-organizing mesh that eliminates blind spots.

Devices communicate locally and run on edge processing, with no need for wiring or calibration. The network expands easily by placing more units, covering complex indoor and outdoor environments with minimal setup. It is plug-and-play security built for critical infrastructure.
